Apartment management residents actually feel

Sound familiar?

The problems we hear from apartment teams

Residents chase updates on WhatsApp

Requests arrive in group chats, get answered by whoever is awake, and nobody knows what was fixed.

Billing and operations do not talk

Finance chases payments in one system while operations tracks work in another. Residents get mixed messages.

Unit turnover is manual

Move-in, move-out, and rental activation involve paper forms and re-typing the same resident details.

Main workflow

How a apartment runs on BuildingVision

One request, followed all the way to a documented fix.

  1. 1
    Resident reports a leak

From the Tenant App: pick the unit, choose a category, add a photo. The request lands with the right team.

  2. 2
    Tenant Relation acknowledges

The resident sees the status change. Internal notes stay internal.

  3. 3
Engineering creates and completes the work order

A technician starts the job in the Staff App, follows the checklist, and uploads the after photo.

  4. 4
    Resident confirms and rates

The resident confirms the fix or reopens it. Feedback goes straight to your CSAT report.

FAQ

Apartment questions

Still curious? Talk to us and we will walk you through it.

Can residents register themselves?

Yes. Residents register from the Tenant App and your Tenant Relation team validates the account before it becomes active.

How does billing work?

You issue invoices per unit, residents see them in the app, and payments are recorded and verified by Finance. Online payment gateways can be enabled when you are ready.

Is this a public marketplace for units?

No. Unit Sales and Rental manage the inventory your organization owns or manages. It is not a public listing marketplace.

Mobile

BuildingVision on the Go
