Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is free and does not ask for payment details.
How is a property counted?
A property is one site you manage, such as a hotel, an apartment complex, or an office building. Buildings, towers, floors, and units inside it do not count separately.
Who counts as a staff user?
Anyone who logs in to the dashboard or the Staff App. Tenants, residents, and guests using the Tenant App are not counted.
How do I pay?
After you choose a plan, our team confirms the details with you by email and activates billing. Invoices are issued monthly or annually depending on the agreement.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual agreements include two months free. Ask sales for details.
